LEAP is a Federally-funded program that helps low-income households with home energy bills.  The Colorado LEAP program may be able to help you with energy bill payment assistance, or possibly with weatherization and energy related home repairs.

You must be a resident of the state of Colorado and must be in need of financial assistance with home energy costs.  Please contact your local county LEAP office for application information or visit the Colorado Energy Assistance website to learn more.
