DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer two delivery options.

  1.  SCHEDULED DELIVERY - Comfurt automatically delivers when needed, based on your previous years' consumption. ​

  2. WILL CALL - Comfurt delivers only after a customer request. 

 

If your property is a vacation rental or seasonal home you should peridically check your tank and call us if it is below 20%. ​

Additionally, if you are a SCHEDULED DELIVERY customer and believe you have run out of gas, call the listed office number at the top of the screen. If you are a WILL CALL customer and believe your tank is empty, please contact us the next business day.

ORDERING PROPANE

We always prefer our customers to call our office during regular business hours to order propane.


If you wish to place a request for delivery, you can utilize the ORDER PROPANE link, with the understanding that doing so does not guarantee a delivery. Please filled out the required fields. One of our staff members will contact you the next business day to complete the delivery request.  Our minimum delivery is 150 gallons.

VIEW YOUR ACCOUNT OR MAKE A PAYMENT

Customers can view the transactions on their account and make credit card or bank draft payments.

 

You will need your Account Number and Customer ID number. Both can be found on your month-end statement, or you can contact our office to obtain them.

EMERGENCY CALLS

  1. DO NOT use any electrical appliances, lights, or telephone, 

  2. EVERYBODY on the premises should leave on foot,

  3. Leave door shut and unlocked,

  4. Shut off the propane tank if you know how to do so.

 

Call 911

After calling 911, call our office at 719-395-8445. If it is outside of regular business hours, inform the answering service of the issue and we will dispatch a crew.
